Week program

• 1 guided hiking week along the Alderweg trail; accommodation in three Tirolean Hiking Hotels; luggage transport is included.
• Sunday: arrival at Hotel Schick at Walchsee, welcome cocktail, information, dinner
• Monday: From Lippenalm parking space to Gwirchtalm (1034m). On to Ebersberg (1125m). Descent via a forest road to Schwarzbachalm and Raineralm. Return to Walchsee via Habersauertal. Walking time: 4.5 hours (475 meters climbing)
• Tuesday: leisurely walk via Rieder Alm (stage KW3), Priener Hütte, Ackernalm to Burger Alm (cheese tasting). On via Rettenbach Alm - Karalm to Schöne Aussicht. Return to Lake Walchsee (transfer). Walking time: 5 hours. (743 meters climbing, 411 meters descending).
• Wednesday: stage KW2. Ascent to Stripsenjoch, footpath to Hans Berger Haus, Anton Karg Haus, Pfandlhof and Veitenhof – descent down to Kufstein. Transfer to Mariastein, overnight at Mariasteinerhof. Walking time: 5 hours. (591 meters climbing, 1078 meters descending)
• Thursday: From Mariastein via Höhlensteinhaus to the ice cave (guided tours available for EUR 6 pp), on to Buchackerhaus. Via Schneckenbach descent to Mariastein. Walking time: 5.5 hours (650 meters climbing, 550 meters descending)
• Friday: Sonnwendjoch gondola to Rosskogelhütte. Walk to Lake Zireiner – Rofanspitze; Rofan gondola to Maurach. Transfer to Hotel Central or Achentalerhof. Walking time: 4.5 - 5 hours (474 meters climbing, 428 meters descending)
• Saturday: Via Bärenbadalm to Bärenkopf - descent via Weißenbachalm. Walking time: 6.5 hours (1050 meters climbing) Alternative option: via Moosenalm to Christlumkopf, descent via Gföllalm. Walking time: approx. 4 hours (820 meters climbing)
• Sunday: Breakfast and Transfer to Walchsee

Tip

You should be fit enough to walk between 4 and 7 hours through alpine terrain. Average physical condition required. Minimum number of participants: 4 (max. no of participants: 8)
